Cultivating Courage, Connection, and Resilience for the Real World

LESLIE FIELDS, M.Ed, LMHC
CHILD, TEEN & ADULT THERAPY

It takes immense bravery to ask for support, especially when it comes to our own well-being or the children we love so deeply. If you are here, you’ve already taken that courageous first step.

For my entire career, I’ve had the profound honor of walking alongside children, teens, and adults as they navigate the complexities of being human.

From teaching in classrooms across the globe to serving as an Elementary School Counselor, I have always been drawn to our innate capacity for healing. I know that life, and parenting, can be incredibly hard. But I am constantly in awe of the tenacity we all possess to find our balance again. Whether we are dealing with anxiety, family transitions, or grief, my goal is to help you or your child lean into the work of healing with self-compassion and courage.

I have had the honor of working with children for my entire career.  I've always been deeply drawn – and committed – to their health and well-being.

Sometimes, our internal struggles — or the struggles of our children — can't be articulated through conversation alone.

That's where Sandplay Therapy comes in.

Grounded in the psychology of C.G. Jung, Sandplay is a recognized, powerful modality for both children and adults.

It creates a deeply safe, protected space to explore our inner world.

By placing miniature figurines in a sandbox, we give shape to confusing feelings and unspoken experiences. It allows us to bring the things we keep hidden in the dark into the light, so they can be processed, healed, and integrated.

It’s not just play; it’s a profound way of becoming more conscious, authentic, and connected to who we really are.

There's no shame in struggling.
Together, we can navigate:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • School difficulties
  • ADHD challenges
  • Family changes
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship challenges
  • Parenting challenges

Testimonials

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job with grace and finesse. I really appreciate it. My son asked if he can visit you just to see you. Just goes to show he felt safe and heard by you.
